Refer to Heritage Register attached to this document or<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heritage.vic.gov.au\">www.heritage.vic.gov.au<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Stanhill is both residential and commercial. As such it is a 24 hour building.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Before commencement of any works the unit owner must sign and date this document. <a href=\"https:\/\/stanhillmelbourne.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PDF_Hi-Res005.pdf\">(See attached)<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">A deposit of 5% of the building works ( or minimum of $1,000) is required to be lodged with the Owners\u00a0Corporation Management prior to the commencement of works. His hours are 7:00am &#8211; 3:30pm Mon- Fri. Do not drill or chase into the floor or ceiling without carefully locating these pipes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The pipes are approximately in a 30-40 mm grid, consist of several layers of pipes, and are approximately 15\u00a0mm from the finished ceiling level and 20 mm from floor level.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Any damage caused by penetrating the slab (in particular flooding to other units) must be cleaned up by the\u00a0responsible contractor who will also be responsible for compensating other owners and the Owners\u00a0Corporation for the full cost of repairs and restitution.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Any damage to the pipes involves repair to the entire hydraulic system in the building, and the cost of this\u00a0damage will be the responsibility of the owner of the unit responsible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_column col-xxl-6 col-xl-6 col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-6 col-lg-6 bt_bb_vertical_align_top bt_bb_align_left bt_bb_padding_normal\"  data-width=\"6\" data-bt-override-class=\"{}\"><div class=\"bt_bb_column_content\"><div class=\"bt_bb_column_content_inner\"><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">Insurances<br \/>\nand OH &amp; It is the responsibility of the owner <span class=\"s4\">to\u00a0<\/span>ensure these are returned to Wayne on completion. A charge of $750 will be charged for non return.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Damage to the lift will also be recovered if lift protectors are not used.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Any materials and equipment to be delivered to site via lift is to be between 7:00am &#8211;
