\nSouth to the Albert Ground and tennis courts and east to South Yarra.
\nAnd what is really fabulous is that there is hydronic heating in the floor slabs so it\u2019s never cold just cosy in winter and in summer, we have balconies to the north and south so the cross flow ventilation is very cooling.
